The "UE-02" is Yamaha's ultrasonic inspection machine that accurately detects heat seal defects in food packaging. The false detection rate is only 1 in 10,000. The superior principle of the ultrasonic inspection method is not affected by the color or material of the pouch, making it possible to identify defects that were previously difficult to detect. Additionally, we have developed a unique judgment algorithm and intelligent learning function to suppress over-detection.
